Meet Joe Hayden, an Acquisitions Associate at Point Acquisitions. In May of 2024, Joe graduated from Villanova School of Business with a degree in Real Estate, in which students learn the real estate business through rigorous financial modeling and real world application.
He has learned a great deal about many different asset classes, especially industrial warehouse buildings and essential service retail centers, through his education and real estate internships at prestigious firms such as EQT Exeter and Center Square Investment Management, during his time at Villanova.
Villanova University’s Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate is well known for its experienced faculty members and teachers, who train students through use of real estate modeling tools such as Argus Enterprise and Excel, and case studies drawn from real world real estate investments. Joe participated in dozens of these case studies and achieved the Dean’s List in several semesters.
On a personal level, Joe loves to travel with friends and family. He plays many sports such as golf and basketball, and was a Varsity tennis player at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School, a renowned high school in Philadelphia. Joe is also an avid runner and enjoys spending time in the gym. He is the oldest of five children, and a devoted Philadelphia sports fan.
