Point Acquisitions (“Point”) is a mid-market value investor, targeting a wide range of property types including industrial, retail, flex, land, and multifamily properties throughout the United States with a keen focus on markets adjacent to the top 30 MSAs. The target investment size ranges from $1M to $150M in Total Capitalization, with a focus on both transitional and generational assets that fit short-term and long-term strategies.


Point utilizes tech coupled with a research-driven and value-oriented approach to target risk-adjusted absolute returns through investment in transitional real estate assets. Point believes its approach enables it to create a diversified portfolio that maximizes profits with a long-term perspective and short-term potential.
