Meet Tim, the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Point Acquisitions, responsible for sourcing new real estate investment opportunities and spearheading the company's expansion into new markets. With over ten years of real estate experience, Tim has a proven track record in the acquisition of land for ground-up development throughout the US, as well as investing in multifamily assets in the five boroughs of New York City.
Prior to joining Point Acquisitions, Tim served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Cypress Equity Investments (CEI), an institutional multifamily developer, where he led east coast acquisitions and their foray into both Dallas and Denver markets. Before that, Tim was the Director of Acquisitions for RA Cohen & Associates, a family office focused on the investment of value-add commercial real estate assets throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
Tim's expertise is backed by his Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University (NYU) and his Bachelor's from the University of Washington - Seattle, WA. He is an avid cyclist and recently relocated to the Washington DC suburbs from New York City.
